How waterjet works

A waterjet is an industrial tool capable of cutting variety of materials. The working principle of a waterjet could be easily explained as below, pressurizing the water with an intensifier pump, then the pressurized water goes through a designed high pressure pipe system, and gets out from a small hole. The water getting out from the hole can cut soft materials like rubber and paper. Water combined with abrasive before getting out from the hole can cut hard materials like metal and stone etc.
